In one line: cancel free until we start packing; anything not fresh is replaced free or refunded — no arguments.
Cancelling an order
- Free until packing starts: 2:00 PM for the evening slot and 9:00 PM the night before for the morning slot. Cancel from your order page, or call / WhatsApp us.
- After packing has started, the vegetables are already picked and weighed for you, so we cannot cancel — but tell us and we will do our best.
- If we cancel (item unavailable, outside our area, unreachable at the door), anything you paid in advance is refunded in full.
Wrong order? Report it within 2 hours
- Wrong items, missing items, short weight or bad quality — open your order page and tap “Wrong items in this order?” within 2 hours of delivery.
- Record a short video (10–15 seconds) showing the problem. The video is what we judge the refund on, so please film the items as they came.
- We watch it and reply, usually within a couple of hours. If the video does not show a problem we can refund, we tell you why.
What comes back
When a refund is approved we return the bill minus a 10% handling charge and minus the delivery charge. The delivery boy has already been paid for that trip, and the handling charge covers picking, packing and the payment fees we cannot get back.
Example — a ₹400 order
₹400 − 10% handling (₹40) − delivery (₹30) = ₹330 refunded
You see the exact amount on your own order page before you confirm anything — nothing is hidden.
Where the money goes
- Once we approve it, you choose: straight into your Hari Sabzi Wala wallet (instant, and it comes off your next order), or into your bank account or UPI.
- For bank or UPI we transfer it by hand and upload the payment screenshot, so you get an email with the receipt and can see it on your order page.
- Wallet credit is instant. Bank and UPI transfers usually show within a few hours, and at most 3 working days.
- Rider tips are never refunded — they go to the delivery boy on the day.
Changing an order
Before packing starts you can add or remove items from your order page, or message us. After that, add-ons go into a fresh order.
